Planning your wedding, together.

During your wedding day, you will never have to worry. The Dream Maker’s staff is diligently working on all of the amazing details that we have planned together since the decision was made to spend your fairy tail Crystal Coast wedding at one of our beautiful estates. Mimosas are always available at the bar in the main living area, and the Dream Team is there to make sure the make up artists, hair stylists, and all other pampering vendors are accommodated!

The men usually arrive a little later in the day to begin festivities of their own after a fun morning enjoying the many fun activities the Crystal Coast has to offer. The bar will be open to calm the nerves and a snack will be served to hold them over until after the ceremony. There will be an attendant for the groom and his groomsmen that will accommodate them, pin on the boutonnieres, and guide them to the ceremony.

The Dream Day

The Day

There is always an attendant with the bride and bridesmaids making sure that everything we practiced during the rehearsal goes according to plan. We bring the bride and her bridesmaids their bouquets, find Dad and guide them all to the garden area, just before walking down the aisle to the ceremony site. This is one of the most exciting parts of the day as your guests are all awaiting for your big walk down the aisle and to see the look on the groom’s face as you turn the corner from the gardens.

After Ceremony

After the ceremony, the Dream Makers team continues to make sure all of the details continue to run as planned. Our team will guide your guests to cocktail hour and help the family gather for pictures. We recommend having hors d’oeuvres during cocktail hour to accommodate your guests since photography with the bridal party and family can take a while.

Dance

You all will then be guided to your chosen location for the first dance as husband and wife! We also help plan the times for the mother-son, father-daughter dances along with the cake cutting and bouquet toss.

Grand Exit

For your grand exit as Mr. and Mrs., we also help make a smooth transition for a sparkler send off or whatever else you can dream up. We want you to have the Crystal Coast wedding of your dreams, and we will make it happen!

Small Details

That You Never Have to Worry About!

Tables are set and flowers are placed beautifully on the tables
Corn hole boards are placed and the bags are ready to be tossed for the reception
Band and or DJ receives their itinerary for the evening and receives assistance finding plug ins and help with anything they may need
Caterers are greeted and welcomed on the estate by a friendly, helpful crew
All candles are placed in the lanterns and lit just in time to woo the guests
Placement of the wedding cake on a beautiful antique dresser or table
Party favors placed in creative ways and making sure guests receive them
And much, much more!
